"Krisztina is a miracle worker."
For the past 14 weeks, our family has been blessed to work with Krisztina as our night nurse. She has taken care of our son and helped ease the transition. The most amazing thing she did was use her expertise to help my son learn to sleep through the night. Now, he is the best sleeper in our household!

Gentle Sleep Plans, Tailored Support for Your Baby’s Unique Needs
Each child is unique, and I believe your sleep plan should be too.
Sleep training isn’t a “one size fits all” approach. That’s why I consider your child’s temperament and your family dynamics, working with methods that align with your comfort level. I’ll guide you in teaching your baby to “put themselves to sleep”. With the right approach, your baby can learn to fall asleep independently, setting the foundation for healthy sleep habits that last a lifetime.
Here’s how I’m different from the rest:
- Understand Your Baby: I take the time to get to know your baby’s sleep trouble and needs, creating a plan that fits your baby’s unique needs and your family’s lifestyle.
- Holistic Approach: Using gentle, proven methods, I help you establish healthy sleep habits that lead to better rest for your baby — and for you.
- Simplify Sleep: We cut through the noise of conflicting advice, focusing only on what works for your baby, saving you stress and frustration.
- Expert You Can Trust: With years of hands-on experience and multiple certifications, I’m here to help your baby sleep soundly and make things easier for you.
- Personalized Support: I offer both virtual and in-home overnight support because I’m fully invested in your family’s success.

"Krisztina taught me was that our children are more capable than we give them credit for."
When we contacted Krisztina, we were exhausted. Our 3 month old was napping only 1.5 to 2 hours a day and waking up 4 to 6 times each night. After the first call we felt hope. We stayed consistent and followed the plan and it worked.
After our time with Krisztina, our child sleeps his entire naps and from 7 in the evening to 7 in the morning every night. For both naps and nighttime sleep, we often need to wake him up. He loves his room and crib, does not need a pacifier, and can self soothe.
Krisztina taught us so much and gave us confidence. Let your baby show you how capable they are. We highly recommend her services to any new or tired family.
